Community guidelines
Éclat Désirs is a private luxury gifting and patronage platform where Muses curate their desires and Patrons may voluntarily celebrate and support them through gifts and patronage.
Gifting without obligation
Gifts and patronage are always voluntary and never create an obligation to provide dates, meetings, intimacy, sexual content, companionship, communication or any other personal service.
Generosity without entitlement
A Patron may celebrate a Muse through gifts and patronage. Financial support never purchases access to another person — not her time, her attention, her company, her correspondence or her image. The gesture is the whole of it.
A gift is voluntary, always
Gifts and contributions are voluntary transfers. They create no contract, no service, no entitlement and no expectation. A Muse owes nothing in return, and nothing may be asked of her because a gift was made.
Discretion and respect
Speak to one another as you would in a private salon. Harassment, pressure, impersonation and any attempt to obtain another member's private details are grounds for removal.
Wishlists are desires, not services
A wishlist item is something a Muse desires — fashion, jewellery, beauty, travel, wellness, experiences, flowers, home. It may never describe a service she promises to perform for a Patron.
What is never permitted
- Offering or requesting sexual services
- Escort services of any kind
- Exchanging gifts or money for dates or meetings
- Exchanging gifts or money for intimacy
- Exchanging gifts or money for sexual content
- Paid companionship arrangements
- Coercion or pressure following a gift
- Threatening to stop patronage unless a Muse provides something personally
- Advertising external sexual or escort services
- Using wishlist descriptions or profiles to negotiate prohibited quid-pro-quo arrangements
Enforcement
Accounts using Éclat to arrange compensated dating, escort services, sexual services or other prohibited quid-pro-quo arrangements may be suspended or permanently removed.
